Women Inspiring Self-Love & Excellence (W.I.S.E.) was created in early 2015 when seven women from the Greater Springfield area came together to talk about ways they can empower and positively impact girls from their community. Knowing the challenges that young girls and women are faced with today, they decided to create a forum that will provide an influential and uplifting space known as the "How to Wear Your Crown Girls' Summit".
